All prices are stated in British pounds. Please note you are responsible for complying with local tax laws. Fréya Art & Design Ltd. reserves the right to change Product prices and information without prior notice.

All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is temporarily out of stock please email us on hello@freya-art.com and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back online. Alternatively keep checking the website.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure our products are displayed accurately onscreen, some computer monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen.

All our designs are protected by copyright. All images/text on the website belong to Fréya Art & Design & must not be used without our permission.

GALLERY INQUIRIES, WHOLESALE INQUIRIES & PRIVATE COMMISSIONS

If you're interested in becoming a stockist or you wish us to produce a piece of work especially for you please don't hesitate to contact us.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Internet fraud is a serious matter. We encourage you to be cautious about submitting your financial information online and to vet any organisation which purports to protect your information. If you feel that you have been the victim of fraudulent purchase activity through our store, please contact your bank (or related financial institution) immediately. Unless instructed not to by your financial institution, contact us next. If the questionable transaction is “pending” there is a chance we can cancel it before any money has been exchanged. If the payment has been processed, please contact us so that we can put a hold on it before it gets shipped. We will do everything in our power to prevent the processing of fraudulent orders, inclusive to contacting you by phone or email to verify your payment and shipping information.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable). Used or opened items cannot he returned. Likewise all prints and/or personalised orders cannot be returned. We hope you understand this as these items are now deemed unsellable.
